Sophia Momodu’s relationship with the Nigerian Popular artist Davido led to the birth of their lovely daughter, Imade Adeleke in 2015. This was Sophia Momodu’s only public relationship. Their relationship lasted from 2014 to 2017 and then again from 2020 to 2022.

In a recent custody battle between Davido and Sophia, she alleged that Davido provided financial support for their daughter, covering essential expenses such as school fees, rent, and other living costs only while they were in a relationship and that since their breakup in July 2022, Davido has been harassing her with demands for sexual favours. She claims that her refusal to yield to pressure from him has caused him to stop supporting his daughter emotionally and financially, hence the most recent custody battle reconstituted by Davido few weeks to his wedding.

Davido, on the other hand, claims that Sophia’s requests for the upkeep of their daughter, Imade, are exorbitant, extravagant and excessive. He terms it as cruelty on her part and an attempt to extort money from him.
